Job summary

Flix seeks a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead the finance team’s accounting operations, risk management, and process improvements. You will ensure policy compliance and high-quality financial reporting while collaborating with tax, legal, and system teams.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent, 8+ years in accounting, IFRS/GAAP mastery, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English and Spanish and ability to drive audits are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in accounting/finance.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English/Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate policy and accounting processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, tax, legal) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Interpret and analyze financial information to optimize resources and procedures.
