FOX LATAM in Mexico City is seeking a proactive Accounting Supervisor to oversee day-to-day general accounting, AR workflows, and the month-end close across Mexico and Central America.

You will ensure tax compliance (CFDI 4.0 and regional e-invoicing), align with US GAAP and local standards, and lead junior staff in a fast-paced multinational environment.

This role requires strong analytics, multi-entity experience, and collaboration with shared services, finance, and treasury teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 1–2 years supervising staff.
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of tax and invoicing regulations in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional accounting operations across Mexico and Central America.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
• Ensure tax compliance including CFDI 4.0 and regional e-invoicing requirements.
• Collaborate with shared services, corporate finance, tax, and treasury teams.
• Maintain internal controls and assist in internal/external audits.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes across countries.
