Improvado is a marketing data platform for enterprise brands. You will own how revenue is measured, including Salesforce and GTM tools, from contracts to invoicing, and you will work with the analytics team to read data models, spot issues, and propose changes.

You will leverage AI agents daily to perform tasks and improve processes. You will own ARR/booking logic, audit invoices, and build leadership dashboards while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org
• Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals
• Experience running money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, synced with CRM
• Proof you build with AI agents: something shipped used by others
• Fluent English and clear written updates

Responsabilités

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process, user access, and integrations.
• Keep CRM data clean with guardrails; manage licences and renewals.
• Maintain Salesforce SOPs and train new hires.
• Own ARR and bookings logic; ensure consistency across contracts, opportunities and invoices.
• Audit invoices, chase unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
• Own quarterly sales analytics pack, CRO report, forecast and pipeline coverage.
• Query ClickHouse daily and document metric definitions; add data quality checks.
• Build leadership dashboards and provide actionable recommendations.
