Improvado is seeking a RevOps leader to own revenue processes across Salesforce and GTM tools. You will manage the path from signed contract to paid invoice and maintain data quality and governance across revenue systems. You will work with analytics to read models, identify issues, and propose changes.

Daily AI-assisted work will be part of the role. You will own ARR, bookings, invoicing, and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Finance.

Formación

• 4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS with hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.
• Strong SQL and comfort with a modeled data warehouse; dbt is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals.
• Experience handling contracts, invoicing, and collections synced with CRM.
• Fluent English and excellent written updates.

Responsabilidades

• Own Salesforce configuration, release processes, user access, and integrations.
• Maintain CRM data quality with guardrails and manage licences.
• Own ARR, bookings logic, and ensure consistency across contracts, opportunities and invoices.
• Audit invoices, chase unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
• Lead revenue analytics, quarterly packs, CRO reports, forecasts and dashboards.
• Work with AI agents to automate queries and workflows, and verify outputs.
