Placements24 is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Process Engineer for Monterrey, Nuevo León. You will lead design, optimization, and integration of solar, wind, and other renewable processes to drive efficiency and innovation across projects.

This role combines hands-on engineering with cross‑functional collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in process engineering with renewable energy focus (solar/wind/geothermal).
• Experience in process design, simulation, and optimization.
• English and Spanish proficiency; ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize renewable energy processes for solar, wind, and other sources.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for renewable projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure execution.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (P&IDs, specs, SOPs).
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
