Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for diverse clients from a fully remote setting. You will manage your own pipeline, conduct needs assessments, and deliver high-quality placements across industries.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in executive search or recruitment consulting, expert interviewing and negotiation skills, and fluency with ATS and sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment consulting or executive search.
• Experience managing complex recruitment projects remotely.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand hiring objectives and talent requirements.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Perform behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate skills and fit.
• Present qualified candidate shortlists with detailed feedback and strategic insights to clients.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiation and closing, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
