Job summary

Solera is seeking a Senior Recruiter based in Mexico to support growth across LATAM, US, and CAN. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across Technical, Sales, and Corporate functions.

The successful candidate will bring deep full-cycle recruiting expertise, stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset, leveraging AI-powered tools to drive hiring outcomes and elevate Talent Acquisition to a strategic partner.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Technical, Sales, and Corporate functions.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring outcomes.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Technical, Sales, and Corporate roles across LATAM, US and CAN.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and market positioning.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor with insights on talent availability, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing, assessment, interview prep, and talent mapping.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for critical roles.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and improve hiring efficiency.
• Drive structured interviewing and reduce bias in hiring processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with peers to develop recruiting best practices and AI playbooks.
