Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a technology recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for our Mexico team, focusing on data science, analytics, data engineering, and ML engineering roles. This role offers remote work flexibility and growth into leadership of the talent function.

You will build and maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews with senior managers, collaborate with external recruiters, and ensure a smooth hiring experience while navigating global operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience as a recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering and machine learning engineers.
• Experience working in a consulting company with global operations preferred (US, Canada).
• Must have work authorization in Mexico. We will not sponsor a work visa.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Tiger Analytics team in the Mexico.
• Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews with panel and hiring managers.
• Creating and maintaining candidate pipeline for upcoming roles.
• Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process.
• Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions.
• Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers.
• Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors.
