ICIMS is seeking an Engineering Manager in Mexico City to lead enterprise software delivery and the growth of a four-to-six engineer team. You will translate product needs into scalable, secure technical plans and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive impactful outcomes for recruiters and hiring teams.

Formación

• At least four years of software development experience using modern programming languages.
• At least two years of hands-on Go experience; this is a required qualification.
• At least two years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; collaborate with global teams.
• Experience in dynamic SaaS environments or complex enterprise products.

Responsabilidades

• Translate product and business needs into actionable engineering plans aligned with strategy.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to evaluate options and document trade-offs.
• Present proposals for review and approval by stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of four to six engineers.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment and operation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and provide recommendations in complex situations.
• Balance speed, quality, security, and maintainability across delivery.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, and Operations.
