AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality across the SDLC. You will design and maintain automated tests across unit, API, integration, and UI layers using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, while leveraging AI-assisted testing tools.

The role is 100% remote with flexible hours and collaboration with global teams. Requires 4+ years in QA/automation and strong REST API, CI/CD, and testing strategy experience.

Formación

• 4+ years in software testing, quality engineering, or automation.
• Proficiency with automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured, Postman).
• Hands-on mobile test automation experience (iOS/Android) implied in must-haves.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and architects to embed quality in SDLC.
• Define and execute a product quality strategy aligned with priorities.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests across unit, API, integration, and UI.
• Champion a right-sized test pyramid over heavy UI automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve code coverage and architecture.
• Build scalable automation frameworks that integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply shift-left quality practices through backlog refinement and reviews.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools for test generation and coverage optimization.
