Meeru AI Inc is seeking a seasoned QA leader to build and own end-to-end testing across API, UI, and backend services for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will mentor QA engineers, define standards, and drive test automation, performance, and security practices in a fast-growing fintech-focused environment.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration with Product, Engineering and DevOps to ensure high-quality releases, robust data integrity, and auditable testing evidence across AWS/GCP/Azure

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA and test automation, including 3+ years leading people.
• Built automation frameworks from scratch for API, UI and backend tests.
• Deep API testing experience: REST, GraphQL, WebSockets.
• End-to-end UI testing with Playwright or Cypress.
• Backend testing with Python/FastAPI and PostgreSQL.
• CI/CD integration with GitHub Actions, Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Performance/load testing with k6, Locust or JMeter.
• Security testing in CI/CD (SAST/DAST).
• Multi-tenant SaaS testing and SOC 2/GDPR/HIPAA compliance awareness.
