Job summary

QualityAI is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive automated testing for enterprise healthcare applications and ensure data integrity.

You will design and implement end-to-end test strategies, lead CI/CD integration, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust test scenarios. The role combines hands-on testing with governance across large datasets using Tosca, AWS Athena, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA Automation and Testing experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Hands-on expertise with Tosca (Required)
• Java, Selenium, or TestNG (Required)
• Strong SQL and database validation skills.
• Experience with AWS Athena and large-scale data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using Tosca, Java, Selenium, or TestNG.
• Perform end-to-end testing for healthcare applications.
• Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage and traceability.
• Execute SQL-based backend validation and data verification.
• Validate large-scale datasets using AWS Athena or similar Lakehouse technologies.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts.
• Support CI/CD/CT implementation and continuous testing practices.
• Manage test cases, execution, and reporting through tools such as qTest.
• Oversee defect management, including logging, triage, tracking, and validation.
• Contribute to test strategy, risk assessment, and QA best practices.
