Helpware's AI Platform team is hiring two Senior QA Engineers to own end-to-end quality for our AI-native products and client implementations. You will share responsibilities across product testing and customer-facing QA, coordinating with Delivery and Customer Success teams.

You will design test strategies, build automated suites (API, UI, integration, regression), ensure RBAC and data isolation in a multi-tenant platform, and participate in UAT with client stakeholders in EST and CET.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software QA.
• Experience with product-level testing and customer-facing UAT.
• Strong manual and exploratory testing skills.
• Experience with multi-tenant and RBAC systems.
• Ability to read API and database schemas.
• Experience with CI/CD integration of tests.

Responsabilidades

• Own test strategy for one or more AI products from requirements to release.
• Design and maintain automated test suites for API, UI, integration, and regression.
• Test multi-tenant platform behavior including RBAC and data isolation.
• Validate AI-agent behavior and structured-data extraction.
• Lead QA for customer implementations and UAT with clients.
• Perform exploratory testing on real workflows and monitor early production.
• Triage defects and work with engineers on root causes.
• Maintain QA playbooks to scale across the portfolio.
• Turn recurring issues into automated regression coverage.
• Report release readiness and risks to stakeholders.
