Félix is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead test strategy, maintain automation frameworks, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. You will collaborate with developers to implement robust test plans and drive a quality-centric culture across the engineering team.

You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests for UI and API, participate in design reviews, and champion best practices to improve release velocity and product reliability.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as QA Automation Engineer, or a developer with a strong focus on testing.
• Experience designing test plans, developing test cases, and documenting test outcomes for complex product features.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple testing initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
• Experience with UI and/or API test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, effectively prioritize test execution, and provide clear updates on progress and results.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans with cross-functional teams.
• Own the end-to-end development and execution of test cases for UI and API, including positive, negative, and edge cases.
• Integrate test cases into automated testing frameworks and refine them to maintain regression and smoke test coverage.
• Improve and maintain existing automation frameworks and infrastructure.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and triage defects with stakeholders.
• Build monitoring and reporting for test stability and results.
