BairesDev is hiring a Python AI Engineer to build the agent and retrieval layer of a production AI assistant serving thousands of employees. You will work primarily in Python, with frontend work in Next.js as needed, and own evaluation coverage for the behavior you ship.

You'll collaborate on LangGraph flows, LangChain-based tools, and RAG pipelines across structured and unstructured sources, with AWS involvement and PST-hour alignment. This remote role offers USD or local currency compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of Python experience; 8+ years for lead scope.
• Production experience with LLM systems.
• Hands-on with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with RAG over structured or unstructured sources.
• AWS experience and ability to work PST hours.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Build LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines over sources.
• Maintain evaluation coverage for the AI behavior shipped.
• Extend the existing Next.js front end as features require.
