BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Agents) to design and build autonomous, multi-step systems that reason and execute complex tasks. You will shape agentic workflows, ensuring models can use tools and collaborate to achieve high-level business objectives with minimal intervention.

You will work on multi-agent coordination, tool-calling, and integration with frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, while maintaining observability and safety across systems.

Formación

• 4+ years in software engineering focusing on AI systems or agentic workflows.
• Experience building multi-step agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in Python and observability for long-running workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design multi-agent coordination frameworks for long-running workflows.
• Develop tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations for autonomous agents.
• Implement agentic reasoning and planning using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Enhance performance via observability and monitoring for loops and context rot.
• Ensure safety with evaluation and moderation guardrails for agents.
• Collaborate with product teams to turn goals into executable agent tasks.
