Bold Business is building multi-agent AI systems that automate Sales and Recruiting tasks. You will design and run agent architectures, integrate with CRM/ATS/ERP systems, and ensure reliable automation in production.

You’ll work with a Lead Architect and cross-functional teams, shipping practical solutions rather than theoretical demos. Expect collaboration with US-aligned teams, remote work across Latin America, and a fast-paced, hands-on environment where questions and clear communication are

Formación

• 3–4+ years of backend, automation, or AI in production.
• Experience with Production LLM APIs and tool calls.
• Python code that others can maintain with tests and CI.
• Familiarity with REST and webhooks, idempotency, retries, and timeouts.
• SQL beyond SELECT *, including joins and indexing (Postgres a plus).
• Ability to read logs and diagnose root causes; design for failure.

Responsabilidades

• Build Python agents that operate as a system, not just prompts.
• Wire agents to real platforms: APIs, webhooks, data in/out, avoid duplicates.
• Collaborate with CRM/ATS/ERP teams; ensure APIs and events work for automation.
• Debug production issues; trace failures to tool calls and payloads.
• Log decisions, tool calls, and costs; alert when problems arise.
• Engage with users to observe usage and iterate accordingly.
