BairesDev is hiring a Staff AI Engineer to lead backend AI features end-to-end, owning components of larger LLM workloads alongside a Principal Engineer. You’ll stay hands-on while shaping production LLM systems, and drive LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines across data types.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, ensure evaluation coverage, and unblock team members in your pod. Excellent English and deep technical expertise are required for this globally distributed role.

Formación

• 8+ years of Python experience in production.
• Proven track record building production LLM systems.
• Hands-on with LangChain and LangGraph including agents and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend AI features end to end for production systems.
• Build LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Maintain evaluation and tracing coverage for AI outputs.
• Collaborate with Principal/Senior engineers and stay hands-on.
• Unblock engineers and guide technical direction.
