BairesDev is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to lead backend AI features end to end, collaborating with principal engineers while staying hands-on. You will build LangGraph flows, RAG pipelines, and ensure rigorous evaluation and tracing across production LLM components.

Required: 8+ years Python, LangChain/LangGraph, React/Next.js with TypeScript, and strong English. This remote role offers global impact and opportunities to mentor peers and scale systems.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Python and backend development.
• Proven track record building production LLM systems, not just prototypes.
• Hands-on with LangChain and LangGraph, including agent flows and state management.
• Experience building RAG pipelines over structured/unstructured data.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, tracing, and datasets (LangSmith, etc.).
• 4+ years in React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, REST/GraphQL, and AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead backend AI features end to end.
• Build LangGraph agent flows and RAG pipelines.
• Ensure evaluation/tracing coverage on shipped AI components.
• Remain hands-on across development stages with senior engineers.
• Unblock engineers and guide production-ready LLM systems.
