Bluelight seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple software development initiatives across nearshore US-LATAM delivery teams. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with clients and internal teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

The role requires strong PM experience, certification, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach to managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience handling fixed external deadlines with milestone and buffer management.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-stream software projects with cross-team coordination.
• Manage client dependencies, timelines, scope, and budgets.
