Joyson Safety Systems in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead new model programs from award through launch, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and company processes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Finance, manage timing, risks, and the program budget, and communicate status to senior leadership.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a proven ability to drive accountability

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in program management.
• Experience managing automotive OEM programs from award to SOP.
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage program P&L and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
• Plan timing using gate review process; coordinate activities across functions.
• Monitor key deliverables and communicate obstacles to maintain timing.
• Represent Joyson at pre-mass production meetings and customer events.
• Interface with Sales/Finance on pending financial issues.
• Forecast and monitor department expenses of direct reports.
• Ensure program appropriation requests are completed and submitted for approval.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Finance and Operations.
