Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Manager to lead a high-performing services team. You will oversee client engagements, shape delivery strategies, and ensure successful outcomes across SaaS and software delivery practices.

You will mentor managers, coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales and customer success, manage scoping, billing, and project performance, and travel up to 15% as needed to support customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading professional services teams and delivering complex engagements.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with SaaS/software delivery, project planning, scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services are delivered, implemented, and billed accurately and timely.
• Partner with Sales to own services portions of deals (RFPs, proposals, SOWs).
• Interact with sales and delivery during pre- and post-sales phases.
• Serve as senior point of contact for client escalations.
• Oversee team profitability and productivity to ensure client success.
• Collaborate with Resource Management Office to align staff with needs.
• Provide occasional project management duties for customer engagements.
• Provide strategic updates on client performance to SailPoint senior management.
• Maintain regular status updates with account teams and Sales Managers.
• Support Customer Success in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout implementation.
• Identify opportunities to expand SailPoint solutions and services.
