Job summary

PwC Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager to oversee client service workstreams within project portfolio management, coordinating schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder needs across strategic programs. You will guide junior team members and build client relationships while developing your personal brand within our Strategy practice.

In this role you will support project planning, track milestones, interpret feedback, and use critical thinking to help teams navigate shifting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4 years of experience or more is required.
• Proficiency in oral and written English is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing project workstreams from planning through delivery across strategic PMO managed services engagements.
• Developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and action trackers for assigned client work.
• Coordinating project governance activities, including status reporting and dependency management.
• Analyzing project risks, control points, and scope changes to support timely decisions.
• Preparing meeting materials, project documentation, and executive summaries for client and internal stakeholders.
• Applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methods based on engagement needs.
• Tracking budgets, resource assignments, and delivery progress across multiple initiatives.
• Guiding junior team members by reviewing deliverables and providing feedback.
