Emerson in Mexico is seeking a manufacturing engineer to drive robotic automation and continuous improvement across our plant. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to justify investments, define technical requirements, and lead Kaizen initiatives that improve throughput and efficiency.

You will monitor automated systems, ensure ISO compliance, and develop layouts to optimize the end-to-end supply chain while leveraging CAD tools to design fixtures and gauges.

Formación

• Bilingual in English at an advanced level.
• Engineering degree in Industrial/Administrative field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CAD tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and execute robotic automation projects improving throughput and OEE.
• Define technical requirements with cross-functional teams and justify investments.
• Monitor and improve automated systems via data analysis and preventive actions.
• Ensure ISO compliance within manufacturing processes.
• Develop plant layouts and optimize end-to-end supply chain flow.
• Lead Kaizen projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document savings and cost avoidance for management review.
• Lead SMED-based setup time reduction initiatives.
• Design fixtures and gauges using CAD for manufacturing processes.
• Balance production lines and optimize material flow.
