Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Operations to support Cross-Border Services, enabling secure money movement worldwide. You will coordinate testing, validate new providers, analyze transaction data, and collaborate with Product, Technology and regional teams to ensure successful launches and operational readiness.

Formación

• Experience in payments, banking, fintech or transaction-driven environments.
• Understanding of transaction flows and APIs.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end testing for new features and integrations.
• Support the launch of new providers and money movement capabilities.
• Manage test account sourcing and validation with stakeholders.
• Analyze transaction data and investigate issues during testing.
• Maintain testing documentation and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations and regional teams.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiencies in testing.
