Paystand, the leading blockchain-enabled B2B payments network, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the LATAM product roadmap and drive the full product lifecycle for its regional market. The role focuses on bridging technical complexity with user value, shipping high-quality features, and addressing Mexico/LATAM regulatory and financial nuances.

5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex platform environments.
Builder mindset: hands-on with engineers to solve blockers.
Comfort with APIs, data schemas, and cloud-native architectures; can debate technically.
Track record of shipping complex features in high-velocity settings.
LATAM regulatory & financial expertise in Mexican/LATAM ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

End-to-End Execution: own backlog, user stories, requirements from concept to deployment.
Product Velocity: lead sprint planning and unblock teams to keep on time.
Technical Partnership: translate financial/ERP requirements into clear tasks; ensure architectural integrity.
Operational Excellence: define metrics and analyze post-launch to iterate.
Backlog Management: maintain a high-quality backlog and manage dependencies.
LATAM Product Leadership: own LATAM roadmap, including Yaydoo and PorCobrar.
