Paystand, the world’s leading blockchain-enabled B2B payments network, seeks a Payments Operations Lead to own Yaydoo operations and scale across LATAM. You’ll translate frontline learnings into actionable roadmaps while ensuring control and efficiency.

In this hands-on role, you’ll partner with product, engineering, compliance, finance, and CX to improve throughput, activation, and unit economics, with potential expansion into broader Paystand business units and regional growth.

Formación

• 5+ years in fintech, banking, payment operations, or similar roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience scaling payment operations after launch.
• Knowledge of payment flows, reconciliations, and controls.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day Yaydoo payments platform operations and monitor activity.
• Drive volume growth by reducing onboarding friction and handoffs.
• Improve throughput, settlement timing, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, finance, and CX.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and scale payments operations regionally.
