Airbnb seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the regional payments portfolio across LATAM, including Brazil and Mexico. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and data analytics.

You will navigate local regulations, expand payment methods, improve checkout, and boost conversion. English required; Portuguese/Spanish preferred; data-driven and collaborative mindset essential.

Formación

• 10+ years in product management, preferably payments/fintech.
• Deep understanding of payments stack in marketplace environments.
• Strong ability to drive vision, roadmap, and cross-functional execution.
• Data-driven with KPI definition, experiments, and analytics.
• Experience with local LATAM payments like Pix, SPEI, BNPL/APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for regional payments across LATAM.
• Optimize checkout to reduce friction and improve conversion.
• Grow via local payment methods and affordability options.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, PRDs, launch, ramp, iteration.
• Define requirements for processor and payment-method integrations with partnerships and engineering.
• Lead regulatory and compliance workstreams with Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Finance.
• Define and track KPIs across conversion, cost, reliability, and revenue.
• Monitor market changes and translate into the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, and Country teams.
