Paystand, a leading fintech with blockchain-enabled B2B payments technology, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our core payments platform. You will bridge technical complexity and user value, unblock engineers, manage tight release cycles, and drive the velocity of the product roadmap.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize payment workflows, ensure reliability, and drive partner integrations while maintaining compliance and security across global payments.

Responsabilidades

• Payment Workflow Optimization: manage end-to-end B2B payment workflows across acquiring and issuing to maximize speed and efficiency.
• Infrastructure & Transaction Success: improve core payment infrastructure reliability and performance.
• Partner Management: evaluate, negotiate, and integrate payment service providers.
• KPIs & OKRs: define KPIs and OKRs for the area.
• Lifecycle Innovation: drive features improving the entire payment lifecycle, including automation and reconciliation.
• Payment Integration & Partner Strategy: work with engineering and partners to improve gateway integrations and APIs.
• Compliance & Security: oversee compliance and security standards across channels and integrations.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the engine behind Paystand's B2B payments platform. This is an operator-focused role designed for a builder who thrives on shipping high-quality code and features. You will own the full product development lifecycle, ensuring that our core payment infrastructure is not only robust but consistently evolving. You will bridge the gap between technical complexity and user value, unblocking engineering squads, managing tight release cycles, and directly driving the velocity of our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Payment Workflow Optimization: Manage and optimize end-to-end B2B payment workflows across payment acquiring and issuing, driving performance across both AR and AP using ACH, credit/debit card processing, and real-time payment networks to maximize transaction speed and efficiency.
• Infrastructure & Transaction Success: Enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of core payment infrastructure to drive higher transaction success rates and minimize settlement latency.
• Partner Management: Evaluate, negotiate, and integrate payment service providers, managing the end-to-end partner ecosystem.
• KPIs & OKRs: Responsible for defining KPIs and OKRs for this area.
• Lifecycle Innovation: Drive product features and enhancements that streamline the entire B2B payment lifecycle, from invoice-to-cash automation to automated payment reconciliation.
• Payment Integration & Partner Strategy: Partner closely with Engineering and key strategic partners to manage the whole partner ecosystem, continuously improving payment gateway integrations, developer APIs, and embedded payment experiences.
• Compliance & Security: Oversee compliance, fraud prevention, global regulations (including cross-border payments), and security standards (such as PCI-DSS and NACHA rules) across all payment processing channels and integrations.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience: Specifically in B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex platform environments.
• Operator Mindset: You are a "Builder." You prefer working in the weeds with engineers to solve technical blockers over high-level conceptual planning.
• Technical Fluency: You are comfortable working with APIs, data schemas, and cloud-native architectures. You don’t need to write the code, but you must be able to hold your own in technical debates with engineers.
• Execution Track Record: A proven history of shipping complex features in high-velocity environments. You can point to products you’ve built and how you managed the development lifecycle to get them live.
• Systems Thinking: The ability to decompose complex financial workflows (AR/AP, Reconciliation, ERP integration) into manageable, shippable components.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating payments into B2B workflows, including broader ecosystems like ERPs (NetSuite, Sage Intacct), eCommerce, and CRMs.
• Experience in the payments or financial infrastructure space.
• Experience with stablecoins and Bitcoin.
