Citi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Core Payments product portfolio, shaping strategy and driving innovation. You will own the full lifecycle for corporate card solutions, from roadmap development through client-facing delivery, while guiding a team of product managers and collaborating across business units.

In this senior leadership role, you will influence product direction at scale, manage multi-market initiatives, and report to senior stakeholders while ensuring regulatory

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Deep knowledge of corporate or commercial card products.
• Experience leading product management teams.
• Cross-functional coordination across marketing, credit, client acquisition, product development, and analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of product managers across the Commercial Cards portfolio, setting clear goals and building capability.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle by monitoring market demand and competitive landscape.
• Conduct ongoing client and competitor market research to identify gaps and shape the roadmap.
• Collaborate with clients to present products and gather feedback to meet practical needs of corporate customers.
• Set and track financial performance targets including revenue growth and expenses.
• Assess credit risk considerations within product decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
