• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Licensing/Registration: Series 7.
• Experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to define and achieve goals.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Product Managers and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee roadmaps, development, launches, and marketing across products.
• Direct day-to-day product marketing: delivery, client experience, communications.
• Execute value propositions, pricing, and channel strategies with Citi clients.
• Coordinate plans across countries/regions and align with senior decisions.
• Conduct market research and develop product innovation roadmaps.
• Oversee lifecycle management amid market trends and tech advances.
• Collaborate with external partners to develop products and agreements.
