Citi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Core Payments portfolio, owning the full product lifecycle for corporate card solutions and guiding a PM team. You will shape strategy, drive innovation, and report to senior stakeholders across business units in a high-impact, multi-market environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, market research, and client engagement, with a hybrid work arrangement in Mexico City.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience leading strategy for complex financial or payments products.
• Experience with corporate/commercial card products and credit risk principles.
• Proven leadership in managing PM teams with hiring, coaching and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of product managers across the Commercial Cards portfolio, setting goals and driving performance.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, monitor market demand and tech trends to keep portfolio competitive.
• Conduct client and competitor market research to shape the innovation roadmap and address evolving commercial needs.
• Collaborate with clients to present products, gather feedback, and ensure client-focused solutions.
• Set and track revenue, acquisition and expense targets, identifying gaps in business plans.
• Assess credit risk considerations to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
