Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a senior Product Management Group Manager to lead a team, set strategy, and oversee product lifecycles across markets.

You will drive programs, marketing plans, and go‑to‑market activities for core products while coordinating with the broader Product Management group. The role requires extensive experience in product management or marketing, a strong grasp of banking products, and proven leadership, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management or marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
• Experience with banking and investment products
• Knowledge of industry practices and strategic direction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of professionals to achieve goals and conduct personnel duties
• Lead strategic program roadmap, product launches, and marketing programs
• Develop and execute marketing plans spanning product, brand, acquisition and retention
• Coordinate plans across regions or countries and provide input on strategic decisions
• Oversee day-to-day product marketing including client experience and communication
• Develop client value propositions, pricing, targeting and GTM strategies
• Define and launch new products and features with go-to-market plans
• Manage external partners and vendor relationships and negotiate agreements
• Assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance; maintain Citi standards
