Power Digital Marketing, a tech-enabled growth firm, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own and scale its LookML semantic layer for 1,000+ staff and 600+ clients. You will translate stakeholder needs into robust data models, build reusable analytics assets, and partner with engineers to ensure high-performance Looker deployments.

The role emphasizes advanced SQL, LookML design, and mentoring teammates, with opportunities to leverage AI in analytics workflows across Looker surfaces.

Formación

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle of production-grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Strong foundation in dimensional modeling and data warehousing fundamentals.
• Agency experience with performance marketing analytics in multi-client environments.
• Experience deploying LookML across multiple Looker instances.
• Experience with extensible LookML and modular visualizations.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work with engineers and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve LookML semantic layer for the organization and clients.
• Write scalable LookML with metadata to support analytics including conversational analytics.
• Translate stakeholder asks into technical LookML implementations and scalable assets.
• Build Looker data products for internal and client use with strong UI/UX.
• Design LookML for scale, partner on tuning and query optimization, deploy across Looker instances.
• Own LookML style guide and train users; mentor juniors.
• Apply AI technologies to maximize team efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
