Brightwheel is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive Finance and Post-Sales analytics, delivering board-ready and external reports. You will partner with Finance and leadership to define key metrics, including revenue attribution, churn, and retention, and translate data requirements into actionable dashboards.

You will own end-to-end data models and dashboards in Sigma and Tableau, ensuring accuracy and self-service access for stakeholders across the organization.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in core analytics: SQL, data modeling, and BI visualization.
• Experience building data models/pipelines that serve as single source of truth.
• History of dashboards/reports delivering insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• Fluency with AI to automate workflows and build reusable data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own Finance and Post-Sales analytics and reporting; produce board-ready and external reports.
• Partner with Finance and leaders to define metrics for board reporting, AOP, and reviews (MRR/ARR, churn, revenue attribution).
• Bridge Sales and Post-Sales reporting to unify customer lifecycle analytics.
• Own external partnership reporting portfolios, including customer-facing dashboards and data models.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma and Tableau to track cross-funnel KPIs for leadership.
