tapouts is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to establish the analytical foundation for growth, product, and coaching operations. You will blend business analytics with analytics engineering, combining hands-on SQL, data modeling, and metrics governance.

In this role, you will partner with marketing, product, operations, and coaching leadership to turn questions into measurable analyses and dashboards, ensuring data quality and actionable insights across the company.

Formación

• > 5 years of hands-on product/business analytics or analytics engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Define and standardize core metrics like CAC, LTV, retention.
• Build a unified view of customer journey across marketing, payments, product activity, coaching sessions.
• Develop retention and churn analyses to identify why customers churn.
• Create a framework to measure coaching quality with outcomes and engagement.
• Build and maintain clean, documented analytical data models and dashboards.
