Zillow's Data Analytics and Insights team is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to translate complex business questions into actionable insights. You will design robust BI solutions, mentor others, and partner with product, marketing, and operations to improve data quality and self-service reporting.

You will work in a teleworker setup with a base salary plus equity, collaborating across teams to drive growth, efficiency, and customer experience.

Formación

• 8+ years in BI, analytics, or related field with large datasets to build dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver BI products.
• Proficiency with BI tools, SQL, data modeling, and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable BI solutions including dashboards and reports.
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations to align analytics with goals.
• Improve data quality and documentation; support self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and business users in data interpretation and BI best practices.
