Align Technology in Juárez, Mexico, seeks a Sr Automation Process Engineer to advance manufacturing design and production. You will leverage automation, design, and quality tools to validate solutions and scale processes across the Global Manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong experience in process engineering, DMAIC/6 Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams. This position emphasizes continuous improvement and scalable solution design.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Postgraduate studies or specialization in Manufacturing, Design, Mechanical, Additive Manufacturing, Productivity, Quality Systems, Automation, Product Design.
• Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry regulated by the FDA.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and/or is part of and/or provides support to Global Corporate Teams.
• Process Engineering / Manufacturing / Quality / Maintenance.
• Project Management: Planning, execution and follow-up of process improvement and expansion projects.
• Designs experiments and test methods to evaluate the feasibility of a change point in the production environment.
• Establishes operational ranges and process limits using statistical control methodologies.
