• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process optimization initiatives to improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, throughput, and cost efficiency.
• Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex process issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with business and operations goals.
• Lead or participate in capital projects including process design and equipment selection.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 Process Engineers.
