Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in Mexico to lead process development and optimization efforts. You will drive Lean and TPM initiatives, apply quality tools, and oversee engineering changes to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

You will manage technical staff, develop training programs, and ensure efficient use of equipment and resources in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• We are seeking analytical, results-driven, collaborative professionals with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Minimum degree in a relevant engineering field with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean concepts (5S, TPM, Kaizen) and quality tooling (PFMEA, Control Plans).
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD and Minitab is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes, machinery, tooling, and automation.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, Kaizen, VSM, and SMED.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using PFMEA and SPC.
• Manage engineering change projects and process improvements for safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Supervise technical staff and establish training and certification programs.
