Responsibilities include identifying unsafe acts and conditions, monitoring scrap, conducting regular walkthroughs, and leading improvement projects while aligning with cost targets and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Familiarity with Core Tools and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources and support Team Leader and Supervisor to achieve objectives.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions; monitor scrap and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs, lead improvement projects, and ensure cost targets.
