The role focuses on safe, capable, standardized processes, and active collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive cost-effective production and technology transfers in a high-volume electronics environment.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years in Process or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience leading engineers, technicians, or projects.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or high-volume settings.
• Hands-on experience on the production floor.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with PFMEA, DOE, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process engineering activities to meet safety, cost, and quality goals.
• Provide hands-on technical floor support to resolve production issues.
• Ensure process controls, work instructions, parameters, and standards are implemented.
• Drive standardization and share best practices across sites.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support new product introductions and technology transfers.
• Identify yields, cycle time, capacity, and scrap reduction improvements.
• Coordinate with regional supplier development and improvement activities.
• Participate in PFMEA reviews and risk assessments.
• Monitor projects, priorities, and implementation schedules.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Product Eng, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Prepare technical reports and engineering indicators.
• Develop contingency plans to minimize manufacturing risk.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards, and safety regulations.
