Job summary

Gi Group Mèxico seeks a Sr Plant Process Engineer to lead manufacturing processes for new products and customer programs. You will analyze process flows, design equipment layouts, and drive efficiency improvements across the plant while coordinating with engineering and program management teams.

Proficiency in PFMEA, GD&T, and Lean methods is expected, along with a strong background in automotive quality frameworks. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, 100% digital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• English: verbal and written, C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement manufacturing processes for new products and customer programs.
• Analyze workforce utilization, process flow, and equipment layout for maximum efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, program management and the Program Team.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and related quality frameworks.
