Forvia seeks a Process Engineer to design and implement efficient production processes in a dynamic automotive environment in Puebla, Mexico. You will manage interfaces with product development and support change management, while driving continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing engineering (auto preferred), and strong knowledge of FMEA, TAKT time, ergonomics, and IATF 16949. English is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in production or mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the auto industry.
• Experience with FMEA, TAKT time, and ergonomics.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard.
• English required; other languages are a plus.
