Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 100% completed credits required.
• Fluent in Advanced English necessary.
• Experience in AI technologies, automation tools, and platform integration required.
• Solid automation tools experience (UiPath, Power Automate).
• Experience in platform integration (APIs, microservices, middleware).
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and analytics.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

What the typical day will be like.

The AI, Automation, Data, and Platform Integration Manager is responsible for defining and executing strategies to implement AI solutions that improve business processes and decision‑making in the subregion (Mexico, Caribbean, and Central America), ensuring alignment with global standards and addressing local business needs and regulatory requirements.

• Business Process Automation: Lead initiatives to automate workflows using RPA, BPM, and intelligent automation tools.
• Platform Integration: Design and monitor integration strategies for enterprise platforms, APIs, and middleware to ensure seamless interoperability.
• Data Management: Establish data governance frameworks, ensure data quality, and enable advanced analytics for informed decision‑making.
• Innovation Enablement: Evaluate emerging technologies and coordinate proof‑of‑concept projects to accelerate digital transformation.
• Compliance and security: Ensure that all solutions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Collaboration with stakeholders: Work closely with business units to identify opportunities, define requirements, and measure impact.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

• You must have a completed Bachelor's degree, 100% completed credits (Graduate).
• Languages: Advanced English.
• Experience: in AI technologies (Machine Learning, NLP, generative AI). Solid knowledge of automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, BPM platforms). Experience in platform integration (APIs, microservices, middleware). Proficiency in data governance, data quality management, and analytics. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks. Leadership and management skills.
• Ability to define and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in project management (agile and traditional methodologies).
