WPP is seeking an L2/L3 Automation Support Engineer to join the Global Automation Operations Centre within Enterprise Technology, Automation & AI. You will monitor, triage, and resolve incidents for RPA bots and Power Platform solutions while collaborating with Microsoft Support and delivery teams worldwide.

The role offers a hybrid work model, exposure to cutting-edge automation technology, and opportunities to publish runbooks and mentor junior staff across a global landscape.

Formación

• 3–4 years in IT support or technical operations
• Hands-on with RPA technologies and Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• PL-400 certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, triage, and resolve automation incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Collaborate with Microsoft Support and global teams
• Develop and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles
• Contribute to security, scalability, and performance improvements
