Sanhua International in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico is seeking an experienced professional for RPA and AI development. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing automation processes and AI solutions using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio.

The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in RPA, AI applications, and strong programming skills in Python, C#, .NET, or Java.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA, AI applications, or software development.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, .NET, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA automation processes, ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery.
• Design, develop, and implement AI Agents based on platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio to support various business use cases.
• Develop integrations and automation solutions for ERP, MES, OA, and other enterprise systems.
• Continuously optimize RPA workflows and AI applications to improve system stability, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Develop technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials, and provide technical support and user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA, AI applications, or software development, with proficiency in Python, C#, .NET, or Java.
• Hands‑on experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) or AI technologies (e.g., Copilot Studio, LLMs), with the ability to independently deliver projects.
