WPP is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the Automation Operations Centre within Enterprise Technology, Automation & AI. You will lead a small team to configure, adapt and deliver automation products for new markets, aligning local requirements with the global architecture.

You will manage sprint plans, maintain artefacts, coordinate with stakeholders across time zones, and drive continuous improvement of rollout strategies while ensuring security and quality standards.

Formación

• 3–4 years in technical project coordination or implementation management.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and sprint delivery.
• Familiar with Power Platform or Dynamics 365; AI/Automation concepts.
• Experience with Jira, Wrike or MS Planner.
• Strong written and verbal English; ability to work across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead developers and testers to implement automation products for market rollouts.
• Bridge between global AOC and market stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Maintain project artefacts: briefs, PRDs, charters, architecture, specs and sprint plans.
• Track sprint timelines and document deviations.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and flag risks to the Product Manager.
• Translate business needs into technical specs for the dev team.
• Coordinate with testers to meet security and performance standards.
• Update runbooks and knowledge-base articles from local deployments.
• Follow security policies and incident-management protocols within the AOC.
• Report implementation metrics to support rollout strategy.
