WPP seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design and develop agentic AI-powered automation solutions as part of the Global Automation & AI program. You will work on Human2System, System2System and A2A architectures, integrating with Hero portfolio products or creating standalone systems.

You will leverage Copilot Agent Studio, LangChain/LangGraph, Vertex/Foundry, and FastAPI to build robust governance, RAG pipelines, and production-ready AI tools.

Formación

• 7–9 years in automation, tech development or software engineering, Python preferred.
• 3+ years with AI/ML systems and intelligent automation tech.
• Expert in Python or TypeScript with AI frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph and FastAPI.
• Production AI experience with RAG and vector embeddings, MCP and A2A architectures.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems and performance.
• Hands-on with foundation models across providers; Azure Copilot Agent Studio a plus.
• Agile (Kanban/Scrum) practitioner with strong problem-solving and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI and agentic solutions integrating with Hero products or as standalone systems.
• Build architectures for Human2System, System2System, A2A and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with AAI Team Lead and Engineering Lead on governance for safe AI operations.
• Integrate models using Copilot Studio, Vertex AI, Azure Foundry and LangChain tools.
• Develop and maintain MCP and Agent Tool governance capabilities.
• Design RAG pipelines and vector embeddings for production use.
• Create evaluation frameworks for AI solution quality and performance.
• Build APIs and integrations using FastAPI; document AI workflows and architectures.
