WPP is building a global Automation Operations Centre to manage and optimize automation solutions across our enterprise. We are seeking a proactive L2/L3 Automation Support Engineer to monitor incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes for RPA and Power Platform workloads.

You will partner with Delivery teams worldwide and collaborate with Microsoft Support to ensure stable, scalable operations.

Formación

3–4 years in IT support, helpdesk or technical operations.
Hands-on exposure to or involvement with RPA technologies (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform).
Proven understanding of RPA concepts and tools.
Proven experience developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate flows.
Basic SQL knowledge and ability to run predefined queries.

Responsabilidades

Provide L3 technical support and problem management for automation solutions.
Perform deep-dive diagnostics and root cause analysis for Power Automate and related components.
Remediate issues in Dataverse plugins, custom connectors, and PCF controls.
Coordinate with Microsoft Support for platform-level bugs and deploy hotfixes via DevOps pipelines.
Design SQL scripts and Dataverse Web API queries to ensure data integrity and performance.
Document high-level technical resolutions and create runbooks; mentor L1/L2 teams.
